Documents update

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that as of 17.01.2025, the following are effective:

• Updated sales prospectuses of all mutual funds, which were modified mainly due to the update of the current annual fee for the activities of the Depository, which changed as of 01.01.2025, following the change in the VAT rate to 23% (twenty-three percent), updates to the list of managed mutual funds, updates regarding the recipient of personal data authorized to process personal data for the purpose of informing investors, and due to formal adjustments in the text.
• Updated statutes of all mutual funds, the changes of which did not require prior approval from the National Bank of Slovakia under the law, as they related to data on the upper limit of the Depositary’s remuneration of the Depository’s fee and updated information in connection with the approval of the statute.
