We would like to inform you that as of June 25, 2025, the following documents have been updated:
- General Terms and Conditions, which were changed mainly due to the addition of information in connection with the distribution of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings and the custodial management of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings, the addition of conditions regarding signature certification by a district office or municipality, and the update of the range of recipients of personal data of the affected persons.
- IAD Price List, Terms and Conditions for Secured Data Access, Voting Rights Strategy, Personal Data Protection, which were amended mainly due to the addition of information in connection with the distribution of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings and the custody management of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings,
- Information about IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. and investment services, which was changed mainly due to the addition of information in connection with the distribution of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings and the custody management of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings, due to the updating of information on costs and related fees, on conflicts of interest and other formal adjustments,
- Claim Policy and Complaints Policy, which were amended mainly to supplement basic terms and information in connection with the distribution of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings and the custody management of securities of foreign collective investment undertakings
