Merger of the fund EURO Bond into the fund CE Bond

Dear investors,

we would like to inform you that, in particular due to the streamlining of the management of mutual funds and on the basis of the previous consent of the National Bank of Slovakia (decision dated 27.08.2025 no.: 100-000-959-445 to file no.: NBS1-000-112-959, which entered into force on 01.09.2025), the Board of Directors of IAD Investments, správ. spol, a.s. has decided that on 20.11.2025 the EURO Bond mutual fund will be merged into the CE Bond mutual fund.

For investors of the EURO Bond mutual fund this means that on 20.11.2025 all their units will be exchanged for units of the CE Bond mutual fund.

EURO Bond will be terminated by the merger on 20.11.2025.
