Dear Clients,

we would like to inform you that as of 16.04.2026 the Terms and Conditions for Secured Data Access have been updated, which have been changed mainly due to a formal modification regarding the name of the IAD ONLINE Access (portal) and an update of the scope of its available functionality regarding the drafting of the Investor’s proposal for concluding the Ownership Management Agreement and the Acceptance Instruction.
