Merger of the Privátny investičný fond into the Prvý realitný fond

Dear investor,

We would like to inform you that, mainly due to the streamlining of the management and similar investment policy of mutual funds, based on the prior approval of the National Bank of Slovakia (decision of 03.06.2026 No.: 100-001-128-903 to file No.: NBS1-000-121-508, which entered into force on 05.06.2026), the Board of Directors of IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. has decided to merge the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond into the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond on 29.07.2026.

For investors of the Privátny investičný fond mutual fund, this means that on 29.07.2026, all their unit certificates will be exchanged for unit certificates of the Prvý realitný fond Trieda EUR mutual fund.

The Privátny investičný fond will be dissolved by merger on 29.07.2026.
