Documents update

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that, as of 10.08.2026, the following have been updated:

• Terms and Conditions for Secure Data Access (IAD ONLINE), which were amended primarily due to the update of Article M. Electronic Notification and updates to the functionality Request for Provision of Services made by Electronic Notification for individual types of access in the first table of Annex No. 1 of this document
• General Terms and Conditions of IAD, effective from 10.08.2026, due to the addition of information on the legal system governing the legal relations between the investor and the mutual fund managed by IAD.
