Documents update

Dear clients,

we hereby inform you that as of 02.11.2026:

the Terms and Conditions for Secure Access to Data (IAD ONLINE) (hereinafter referred to as the “IAD ONLINE Terms and Conditions”) have been updated, primarily due to updates concerning the conditions for the provision and functionalities of IAD ONLINE Access provided to the Investor, IAD ONLINE FS Access and IAD ONLINE Invest Access, and due to formal amendments;
the IAD General Terms and Conditions have been updated, primarily to ensure alignment in connection with the changes to the IAD ONLINE Terms and Conditions document and due to formal amendments;
the document Terms of Use of the IAD Invest website and mobile Application has been approved in connection with the changes to the IAD ONLINE Terms and Conditions document;
the Personal Data Protection document has been updated, primarily in connection with the changes to the IAD ONLINE Terms and Conditions document concerning the conditions for the provision of IAD ONLINE Invest Access, and due to formal amendments.
