Documents update

Dear investors,

We hereby inform you that, in connection with the merger of the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond into the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond on 29 July 2026:

• effective as of 29.07.2026, an amendment to the document Common Rules of Operation on keeping separate records of Investment Certificates in dematerialized form issued by IAD Investments, správ. spol. a.s. and the depositary Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s., was approved due to the update of the annex entitled List of Mutual Funds Whose Unit Certificates Are Issued in dematerialized Form,
• effective as of 29.07.2026, the statute and the prospectus of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond were updated,
• effective as of 29.07.2026, the Sustainability policy document was updated due to the update of the list of mutual funds.
