Documents update

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that the following documents are effective from 01.10.2024:

• The General Business Terms and Conditions of the IAD, which are changed mainly due to the modification of the validity period of the request for regular payment of units for the purpose of its re-execution, if the required amount is not in the investor’s asset, the addition of another option that allows the investor, in cooperation with the intermediary, to submit IAD forms related to investments in mutual funds managed by IAD, updates of web links in connection with alternative dispute resolution and formal adjustments in the text,
• The concept of protection against misuse of IAD správ. spol., a. s. for the purposes of legalization of income from criminal activity and financing of terrorism, which is changed mainly due to the addition of references to legislation, the addition of a description of what the know-your-client principle includes, and formal and stylistic adjustments.
