Documents update

Dear investor,

we would like to inform you that in connection with the merger of the EURO Bond mutual fund into the CE Bond mutual fund on 20.11.2025:

• as of 20.11.2025, an amendment to the document Common operating rules for the maintenance of individual records of unit certificates in book-entry form issued by IAD Investments, správ. spol., a. s. and the depositary Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s. has been approved due to the update of the annex entitled List of mutual funds whose unit certificates are issued in book-entry form.
• as of 20.11.2025, the statute, sales prospectus and key information document of the CE Bond mutual fund were updated.
