Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that from 26.01.2026, the following will be effective:
- updated statute of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond, which was approved by the IAD Board of Directors based on the prior consent of the National Bank of Slovakia and allows the issuance of two types (classes) of unit certificates, namely the EUR Class and the CZK Class,
- updated sales prospectus of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond, which was changed mainly due to alignment with the change in the statute regarding classes, updating the list of funds, updating performance, alignment with legislation and due to making formal adjustments to the text,
- a document with key information about the mutual fund, which was changed mainly due to alignment with the change in the statute regarding classes, the addition of SRI, scenarios, costs for the CZK Class and due to formal adjustments to the text.
The date of commencement of offering of Class CZK units is 25.02.2026. Units of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond without a class designation issued before the Date of commencement of offering of Class CZK units are considered to be units of the EUR Class from the Date of commencement of offering of Class CZK, i.e. from 25.02.2026, while the rights of existing unitholders associated with these units remain unchanged. On 25.02.2026, IAD will publish updated information and forms regarding Class CZK on the website www.iad.sk, including the current account number to which funds can be paid for investment in units of Class CZK of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond.

There are no special rights associated with any of the above-mentioned classes (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Classes”), however, the individual classes (EUR Class, CZK Class) differ from each other pursuant to Section 8(17) of the Act:
- the currency in which the individual Classes are denominated, i.e. in which the Class’s units are issued and paid out and in which their value is declared (and the related potential currency risk) – the EUR Class is denominated in euros, the CZK Class is denominated in Czech crowns,
- specific costs and revenues that may be associated with the CZK Class in connection with the IAD’s authorization to hedge assets in the CZK Class against currency risk and to invest in financial derivatives for that purpose and the related calculation of the net asset value attributable to the given Class,
- minimum investment amount.
