Documents update

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that, effective from August 30, 2024, the following updates have been implemented:

• Updated sales prospectuses of mutual funds, which were changed due to the update, in particular information regarding the activities of the contact point, formal modification of the list of mutual funds managed by IAD Investments, the leverage effect, membership of the supervisory board in other companies, changes in the designation of the registry court of the commercial register for the companies listed in the sales prospectus, information on the share of the so-called of qualified instruments in the fund’s assets in connection with the assessment of the likely effects of risks threatening sustainability on returns from the mutual fund as well as formal adjustments in the text,
• updated statutes of mutual funds, which did not require prior approval from the National Bank of Slovakia, as the changes pertained to the designation of the registration court in the commercial register for companies listed in the statute, and the addition of information related to the statute’s approval.

The above-mentioned document changes apply to the following mutual funds managed by IAD Investments: 1.PF Slnko, CE Bond, Český konzervativní, EURO Bond, Global Index, Growth Opportunities, KD RUSSIA, Optimal Balanced, Protected Equity 1, Protected Equity 2, Zaistený IAD – depozitné konto, Korunový realitný fond, IAD Energy Fund.
