Merger of the Privátny investičný fond into the Prvý realitný fond

Dear investors,

We hereby inform you that, mainly for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of administration and due to the similar investment policy of the mutual funds, based on the prior approval of the National Bank of Slovakia (decision dated 03.06.2026, Ref. No. 100-001-128-903, File No. NBS1-000-121-508, which became legally effective on 05.06.2026) and the decision of the Board of Directors of IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s., on 29.07.2026 the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond was merged into the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond.

For the investors of the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond, this means that on 29.07.2026 all of their unit certificates were exchanged for unit certificates of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond Trieda EUR.

Privátny investičný fond ceased to exist as a result of the merger on 29.07.2026.
