Intermediation of investments in mutual funds managed by IAD Investments, správ. spol., a. s. (“IAD”)

We would like to inform you that OTP Banka Slovensko, a.s., a member of the ČSOB Financial Group, terminated the intermediation of investments and servicing of already mediated investments in mutual funds managed by IAD Investments správ spol., a.s., due to the business policy as of 26.8.2021.

If you have concluded an “Application for Shareholder Registration and Issuance of Units” at the OTP Banka Slovensko, a.s. and you have invested in one of the mutual funds managed by IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s., you have become a direct shareholder of the mutual fundand you can continue and invest at any time.
