Documents update

Dear clients,

We inform you that as of July 1, 2024, the documents Complaints Policy and Claims Policy have been updated. These changes were made mainly to align the deadlines for handling complaints with Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on Amendment to and Supplementation of Certain Acts, effective from July 1, 2024, along with other formal adjustments.
