we would like to inform you that from 03.03.2026 updated sales prospectuses of mutual funds managed by IAD are effective, which have been changed mainly due to the regular updating of information regarding the share of the so-called. qualified instruments in the assets of the mutual fund in connection with the assessment of the probable impact of sustainability risks on the returns of the mutual fund, updating of information regarding the storage of undelivered documents in the management company, addition of information regarding financing transactions, updating of the list of managed mutual funds and the membership of the supervisory board in the bodies of other companies, updating of data on the net asset value and performance of mutual funds, leverage, alignment with legislation and due to the harmonization of texts and making formal adjustments in the text. As of 03.03.2026, the updated sales prospectus and the statute of the mutual fund Prvý realitný fond are effective .
