Merger of the Privátny investičný fond 2 into the Privátny investičný fond

Dear investor,

We would like to inform you that, in particular for the purpose of streamlining the management of mutual funds and on the basis of the previous consent of the National Bank of Slovakia (decision dated 27.08.2025 No.: 100-000-959-441 to No.: NBS1-000-112-928, which entered into force on 01.09.2025), the Board of Directors of IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. has decided to merge the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond 2 into the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond on 13.11.2025.

For investors of the Privátny investičný fond 2 mutual fund, this means that on 13.11.2025 all their units will be exchanged for units of the Privátny investičný fond.

Privátny investičný fond 2 will be dissolved by merger on 13.11.2025.
