Merger of the fund Privátny investičný fond 2 into the fund Privátny investičný fond

Dear investor,

We would like to inform you that, in particular due to more efficient management of mutual funds and based on the previous consent of the National Bank of Slovakia (decision dated 27.08.2025 no.: 100-000-959-441 to file no.: NBS1-000-112-928, which entered into force on 01.09.2025) and the decision of the Board of Directors of IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s., on 13.11.2025, the fund Privátny investičný fond 2 was merged into the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond.

For investors of the Privátny investičný fond 2 mutual fund, this means that on 13.11.2025 their units were exchanged for units of the mutual fund Privátny investičný fond.

Privátny investičný fond 2 was dissolved by merger on 13.11.2025.
