Dear clients,

we inform you that from 01.12.2023 the updated sales prospectuses of all mutual funds of IAD Investments are effective, which were changed mainly due to the updating of information in connection with the classification of the mutual fund in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation of the SFDR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019 /2088 of November 27, 2019 on the publication of information on sustainability in the financial services sector)and the related policy of including risks threatening sustainability in the investment decision-making process in connection with underlying investments in mutual funds, supplementing information on the results of the assessment of the likely effects of risks threatening sustainability on returns from the Share Fund and updating information on the membership of members of the supervisory board of IAD Investments in other companies.
