Dear investors,

we would like to inform you that, effective from 26.02.2026, a change to the document Common Rules of Operation for maintaining separate records of share certificates in book-entry form issued by IAD Investments, správ. spol., a. s. and the depositary Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s. has been approved due to the update of the appendix entitled List of mutual funds whose share certificates are issued in book-entry form in connection with the EUR Class and the CZK Class in the Prvý realitný fond mutual fund.
