By decision of March 3, 2022, adopted at 5:00 pm in the interest of the unitholders, the IAD Investments (hereinafter referred to as “IAD”) decided to suspend the payment of the Mutual Fund of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund for a suspension period of three (3) months on the grounds that the Mutual Fund invests its assets primarily into securities, which are shares and units of ETFs focused on Russian shares, which cannot be traded at the moment and whose value cannot currently be determined in the manner prescribed by the measure of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 13/2011. In the context of the escalating military conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and the economic sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation, selected legal entities established in the Russian Federation and natural persons who are citizens of or related to the Russian Federation, trading on the securities market and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation is severely disrupted. The Russian Capital Market The Moscow Stock Exchange (MOEX) closed on February 28, 2022, and the Russian National Clearing Depository (NSD) blocked all securities registered in foreign nominated holders’ (FNH) accounts held by the Clearstream Banking S.A. based in Luxembourg, following which the International Central Securities Depository Clearstream Banking S.A. suspended the settlement of trades in Russian securities, including in foreign currencies. The Russian ruble currency has ceased to be an accepted currency for settlement of securities transactions and Russian securities and yield payments will be collected and paid to the extent permitted by sanctions and paid to the International Central Securities Depository Clearstream Banking SA, as a result of which it is not it is possible to carry out trades in securities and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation traded on a regulated market and it is not possible to determine their value.

From the date of suspension of the payment of units of the KD RUSSIA mutual fund, IAD may not pay out or issue units of the KD RUSSIA mutual fund.
IAD will inform unitholders about the resumption of the payment of unit certificates at the registered office of IAD and at the website www.iad.sk. Upon resumption of the issue and redemption of KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund Units, IAD will issue or redeem Units whose issue or redemption has been suspended at the current price of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund Unit on the date of resumption of unit redemption.

Informacija o odločitvi o prekinitvi izplačila enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada KD RUSSIA (v nadaljnjem besedilu “vzajemni sklad”)

Družba za upravljanje je s sklepom z dne 3. marca 2022, sprejetim ob 17:00 uri v interesu imetnikov enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada, odločila, da začasno ustavi izplačilo enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada za obdobje treh (3) mesecev z obrazložitvijo, da vzajemni sklad svoja sredstva vlaga predvsem v vrednostne papirje, ki so delnice in enote ETF, osredotočene na ruske delnice, s katerimi trenutno ni mogoče trgovati in katerih vrednosti trenutno ni mogoče določiti na način, določen z ukrepom Narodne Banke Slovaške št. 13/2011 o načinu določanja vrednosti sredstev v standardnem vzajemnem skladu in v javnem posebnem vzajemnem skladu ter o načinu izračuna vrednosti izdaje enot premoženja v vzajemnih skladih, v katerih je več emisij. Ruske federacije ali njene podružnice, je normalno trgovanje na trgu vrednostnih papirjev in drugih finančnih instrumentov, povezanih z Rusko federacijo, močno moteno, ko se je 28. februarja 2022 zaprla ruska moskovska borza (MOEX) in ruski nacionalni klirinški depozitar (NSD) je do nadaljnjega blokiral vse vrednostne papirje, registrirane na računih tujih nominiranih imetnikov (FNH), ki jih vodi Mednarodni centralni depozitar vrednostnih papirjev Clearstream Banking SA. ustanovljena na 42, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, po Mednarodnem centralnem registru vrednostnih papirjev Clearstream Banking S.A. je začasno prekinila poravnavo poslov z vrednostnimi papirji, tudi v tujih valutah, istočasno je valuta ruskega rublja prenehala biti sprejeta valuta za poravnavo poslov z vrednostnimi papirji, ruski vrednostni papirji in izplačila dohodka pa se bodo zbirali in izplačevali v obsegu, v katerem sankcije to dovoljujejo in bodo izplačane Mednarodnemu centralnemu depozitarju vrednostnih papirjev Clearstream Banking SA, zaradi česar ni mogoče trgovati z vrednostnimi papirji in drugimi finančnimi instrumenti, povezanimi z Rusko federacijo, s katerimi se trguje na organiziranem trgu, in ni mogoče določiti njihove vrednosti.

IAD ne sme izplačevati ali izdajati enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada KD RUSSIA od dneva začasne zaustavitve izplačila enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada KD RUSSIA.
O nadaljevanju izplačila enot premoženja bo IAD obvestil imetnike enot premoženja na sedežu IAD in na spletni strani www.iad.sk. Ob ponovni vzpostavitvi izdaje in odkupa enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada KD RUSSIA bo IAD izdala ali odkupila enote premoženja, katerih izdaja ali odkup je bil zaustavljen po trenutni ceni enote vzajemnega sklada KD RUSSIA na dan odkupa enot premoženja.
