The land is intended for development in the Sveta Helena location near the Croatian capital Zagreb, thanks to which IAD Investments successfully started its operations on the Croatian market. The land with an area of ​​approximately 9.7 hectares is intended for the construction of a logistics center with an area of ​​approximately 45 000 square meters of leasable area.

Land intended for construction has an area of 254 thousand m2 and is intended for the development of buildings for storage and production purposes with an area of up to approx. 100.000 m2. Land is located 3 km before the entrance to Bratislava, directly on the historically busiest section of the Slovak road infrastructure, the D1 highway. A set of 3 large-capacity logistics halls with a total usable area of 99,508.31 m2 are planned to be built on the land, which will provide future users with space for storage, distribution, light production and service provision. The location will be connected to the project of the new D1 – Triblavina highway intersection, which will include a new separate exit and exit to the D1 highway, which is part of transit traffic to Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic, as well as to the northern part of Slovakia and then to Poland.

The Pribinova 19 office building is part of the Eurovea City waterfront district in Bratislava. It is a technologically advanced administrative and commercial building of the latest generation with a green park with a fountain, benches, playgrounds and a zone for dog walkers. The building has one underground floor with a garage and ten above-ground floors, including a roof with technological machine rooms. The managed usable area is 31 210 m2, the rentable area is more than 28 000 m2 and the area of the underground garage is more than 10 000 m2 with 346 parking spaces. The logistics hall with an administrative building in the Pharos location near the Bratislava airport has an area of ​​27,933 m2 with warehouse space, an administrative building and a transport depot of the courier company DPD, while the buildings occupy more than 7,000 m2. There are up to 51 charging stations for courier cars and two more for the company’s customers. DPD wants to deliver parcels in Bratislava exclusively using electric vehicles and the new warehouse infrastructure is ready for this goal.

The largest tenants include leading Polish and international companies SMYK, Intrum, Gemius and mFinanse (belonging to the mBank group). The administrative building STEINERKA Business Center has more than 12,000 m² and on seven floors it combines the administrative part with spaces intended for the provision of services (1,090 m²) and also 171 parking spaces. The approval took place at the end of 2017, and the first tenants moved into the new administrative premises in March 2018. Currently, the international companies Deutsche Telekom Services Europe and Lucron Group are among the largest tenants.
