we kindly inform you, that IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “IAD”) by decision of March 6, 2024, adopted at 24:00 CET in the interest of the unitholders, decided to suspend the payment of units of the Mutual Fund KD RUSSIA, o.p.f., IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund”) for the period of suspension from March 7, 2024 from 0:00 CET until March 6, 2025 until 24:00 CET on the grounds that the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund invests its assets primarily into securities, which are shares and units of ETFs focused on Russian shares, which cannot be traded at the moment and whose value cannot currently be determined in the manner prescribed by the measure of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 13/2011.

In connection with the ongoing military conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and the economic sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation, selected legal entities domiciled in the Russian Federation and natural persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation or persons connected with such persons, and the reciprocal sanctions imposed by Russia by the Federation, the usual trading on the securities market with securities and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation is significantly disrupted, when IAD itself or through brokers does not have access to the Russian capital market Moscow Exchange (MOEX) and cannot conduct new securities transactions on MOEX, and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation or close current positions traded on MOEX, the Russian National Clearing Depository (NSD) was included on the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions of the European Union, which contains a consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to EU sanctions freezing a active and the prohibition to make funds and economic resources available to them, securities and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation / shares of companies domiciled in the Russian Federation listed on a foreign exchange are still not traded on the London Stock Exchange, as a result of which it is still not possible to carry out trades in securities and other financial instruments related to the Russian Federation traded on a regulated market and it is not possible to determine their value even with due professional care.

From the date of suspension of the payment of units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund, IAD may not pay out or issue units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund.

IAD hereby informs investors that it does not record any pending request for the issue of the units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund and no pending request for the redemption of the units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund and kindly asks investors NOT to request further applications for the issue of the units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund until the resumption of the issue and redemption of the units of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund and NOT make any further payments to invest in the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund, as the IAD will be forced to refuse to issue the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund’s units at this time.

IAD will inform unitholders about the resumption of the payment of unit certificates at the registered office of IAD and at the website www.iad.sk. Upon resumption of the issue and redemption of KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund Units, IAD will issue or redeem units whose issue or redemption has been suspended at the current price of the KD RUSSIA Mutual Fund Unit on the date of resumption of unit redemption.

(v nadaljnjem besedilu „družba za upravljanje“) je s sklepom z dne 6. marca 2024, sprejetim ob 24:00 uri v interesu imetnikov enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada, odločila, da začasno ustavi izplačilo enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada za obdobje prekinitve od 7. marca 2024 od 0:00 ure do 6. marca 2025 do 24:00 ure, da vzajemni sklad svoja sredstva vlaga predvsem v vrednostne papirje, ki so delnice in enote ETF, osredotočene na ruske delnice, s katerimi trenutno ni mogoče trgovati in katerih vrednosti trenutno ni mogoče določiti na način, določen z ukrepom Narodne Banke Slovaške št. 13/2011 o načinu določanja vrednosti sredstev v standardnem vzajemnem skladu in v javnem posebnem vzajemnem skladu ter o načinu izračuna vrednosti izdaje enot premoženja v vzajemnih skladih, v katerih je več emisij. Družba za upravljanje ne sme izplačevati ali izdajati enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada od dneva začasne zaustavitve izplačila enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada.

Družba za upravljanje obvešča vlagatelje, da ne beleži nobene nerešene zahteve za izdajo vzajemnega sklada in nobene nerešene zahteve za odkup enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada in dovoljuje vlagateljem, da ne zahtevajo nadaljnjih vlog za izdajo enot premoženja do ponovne vzpostavitve, izdaje in odkupa enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada vzajemnega sklada in ni izvajal nadaljnjih denarnih vplačil za vlaganje v vzajemni sklad, saj bo družba v tem trenutku prisiljena zavrniti izdajo enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada.

Ob ponovni vzpostavitvi izdaje in odkupa enot premoženja vzajemnega sklada bo družba za upravljanje izdala ali odkupila enote premoženja, katerih izdaja ali odkup je bil zaustavljen po trenutni ceni enote vzajemnega sklada na dan odkupa enot premoženja.

(the “Fund”) would like to notify the unitholders of the Fund in the Republic of Slovenia that the marketing of Fund units in the Republic of Slovenia and the arrangements for marketing of Fund units in the Republic of Slovenia were terminated as of the 1 January 2021. The IAD will provide the Fund unitholders in the Republic of Slovenia remaining invested in the Fund all the information and documents relating to the operations of the Fund it provides to the Fund unitholders in Slovak republic in which the Fund is established in accordance with the laws of Slovak republic and the Fund rules.

IAD Investments, správ. spol., as, družba, ustanovljena in obstoječa po zakonih Slovaške republike, s sedežem na Malý trh 2 / A, Bratislava 811 08, Slovaška republika, identifikacijska številka: 17 330 254, vpisana v poslovni register Okrožno sodišče Bratislava I (“IAD”) in družba za upravljanje, ki upravlja skupni sklad KD RUSSIA, opf, IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. (“sklad”) želi obvestiti imetnike enot premoženja sklada v Republiki Sloveniji, da je trženje enot premoženja sklada v Republiki Sloveniji in dogovori o trženju enot premoženja sklada v Republiki Sloveniji prenehali veljati 1. Januarja 2021.
